Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Policy explains where we deliver, our delivery timings, slots and charges, how orders are fulfilled, and what happens if a delivery cannot be completed.

1. Scope and applicability

This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") applies to all Orders placed on the Bajrang SuperMarket Platform operated by BAJRANG SUPER MARKET. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy. By placing an Order, you agree to this Policy.

2. Service area

Bajrang SuperMarket currently delivers within selected areas of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, served by our stores at Sindhu Bhavan Road (Bodakdev), Thaltej–Shilaj Road, and Science City Road (Sola). We do not offer inter-city or inter-state shipping. You can check whether your location is serviceable by entering your delivery address or pincode at checkout; if your location is not serviceable, you will not be able to place an Order for delivery to that address.

3. Delivery timings and slots

  • Orders are delivered during our published store and delivery hours.
  • Where scheduled delivery is offered, you may select an available delivery slot at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times shown on the Platform are indicative only and may vary due to demand, weather, traffic, product availability, or other operational factors.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time but do not guarantee a specific delivery time.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery charges and any handling charges applicable to your location are displayed at checkout before you confirm your Order. We do not currently require a minimum order value. All charges are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST as per Applicable Law. We may revise charges from time to time, and may offer free or discounted delivery as part of promotions.

5. Order fulfilment

Orders are packed at the Bajrang SuperMarketstore nearest to your delivery address and delivered by our own delivery staff. As we deal in fresh and perishable goods, items are picked and quality checked at the time of packing. Product availability is tracked in real time, so you can place an Order only for items that are in stock. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable before your Order is fulfilled, we will inform you and refund the value of that item in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Receiving your delivery

  • Please ensure that you or your nominated recipient are available to receive the Order at the delivery address during the chosen slot.
  • Provide an accurate address, landmark, and contact number; we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details, or by lack of access to the address.
  • You may be asked to confirm receipt of the Order through an OTP or signature.
  • We encourage you to check your Order at the doorstep and raise any quality or quantity concern with the delivery staff at the time of delivery.

7. Title and risk

Title to and risk in the Products pass to you upon delivery of the Order to you or your nominated recipient at the delivery address. From that point, the Products are your responsibility, including appropriate storage of perishable items.

8. Failed, delayed or refused delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because you are unavailable, the address is incorrect, or access is not possible, our delivery staff may attempt to contact you and, where feasible, make a reasonable re-attempt. Perishable items that cannot be delivered may not be re-attempted. Charges or refunds for failed or refused deliveries are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Conduct of delivery staff

Our deliveries are carried out by our own trained delivery staff, who are expected to handle your Order hygienically and behave courteously and professionally. If you have any concern about a delivery or the conduct of delivery staff, please contact us so we can address it.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays in, or failure of, delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural events, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, civil disruption, accidents, network or power failures, or government action or restrictions.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Platform after such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. This Policy is governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
